During my 20+ years leading strategy, operations, and cross-functional teams at Procter & Gamble and Google, I saw firsthand how much leadership and the systems that support it shape an organization’s performance.
Those experiences inspired me to create Keep75, named for the statistic that 75% of people quit their jobs because of ineffective managers. The original mission was simple: give leaders the practical tools, frameworks, and support I wish every manager had access to.
As I partnered with more organizations, something became clear: the lack of leadership training was only one part of a bigger challenge. Many portfolio company leaders have never been asked to deliver at the scale and speed that come with Private Equity investment.
