That firsthand experience is what led me to create Keep75—named for the stat that 75% of people quit their jobs because of ineffective managers. I wanted to give organizations the tools I wish every manager had: training, frameworks, and coaching that actually work in the real world. The numbers are clear—60% of first-time managers receive no training, and companies without strong leadership pipelines pay millions of dollars annually in turnover and lost productivity. But the inverse is also true: great managers drive engagement, retention, and profitability.
